Google also reported that the beta version of Android 11 will be released in May, and the final version in the third quarter of 2020. Among the main features of the new version of the mobile operating system from Google developers noted a new API (interface allowing programs to interact with each other), which expands the possibilities of using mobile communication 5G. Android 11 will also receive built-in support for two screens, which can be useful for users of some multi-screen Android devices. Another significant change will be a redesigned security system. In particular, Google will add the possibility to create one-time permissions for applications to use the microphone and camera. Previously, users could only allow persistent access. As previously reported by the news agency, in December 2019 it also became known that in Android 11 the limit on the possibility of recording video files larger than 4 GB will be removed.
