14 cases of emergency violations recorded in Latvia during the day

Over the past 24 hours, the State Police 14 Latvia has recorded 14 cases of violation of the emergency regime introduced in the country since March 1. About it on March 16 writes the portal LSM. According to journalists, a total of 376 raids were carried out by police officers, during which violations were identified. The representative of the State Policy Simon Gravite said that the purpose of these events is primarily to care for the health of citizens, not the desire to punish violators. However, she noted, the violators will be punished up to 350 euros. Raids on the suppression of mass public events are carried out by the state policy together with the municipal police, added Gravite. So far, the emergency regime has been introduced in Latvia due to coronavirus until April 14.
