Ukraine's government issues COVID-19 memos for all but Russians
The Ministries of Health and Culture of Ukraine issued recommendations to combat coronavirus in all languages of national minorities of Ukraine, except Russian. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on April 3 on the official page on the social network Facebook. The communication team Coronavirus _ info adapted the basic recommendations on preventive measures in the languages of national minorities who live in the territory of the country, the message reads. Materials are currently available in Polish, Crimean-Tatar, Hungarian and Romanian. Whether the manual will be issued in Russian, the Ministry did not specify. According to the news agency, earlier the head of the political council of the Opposition Platform For Life party, People's Deputy Victor Medvedev, said that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky continues to implement the policy of his predecessor Peter Poroshenko on discrimination against the Russian language and disregard the needs of Russian-speaking citizens of Ukraine.
