France's economy minister urges insurance companies to help businesses

France's economy minister, Bruno Le Maire, said insurance companies still had to take a step towards greater solidarity to help companies affected by the COVID-19 crisis, according to BFM TV. Bruno Le Maire also recalled that insurance companies have already provided 400 million euros to the solidarity fund for very small enterprises and 1.5 billion euros to finance small and medium-sized enterprises.
