USA is looking for an external enemy: the Russian Embassy condemned the grant of the state Department

The Russian Embassy in Washington condemned the announcement by US state Department competition for a grant of $250 thousand for information allegedly revealing the Russian disinformation, according to statistics cases of coronavirus COVID-19. The Embassy called the actions of the Washington Russophobia and attempt to shift the responsibility from themselves to some external enemy.
