International observers praised the organization of voting on amendments to the constitution of Russia. Russia has shown unique experience in voting on amendments to the country's constitution during the coronavirus pandemic, said Gunnar Norbert Lindemann, a member of the Berlin Chamber of Deputies. Other high-ranking members of the supervisory commissions spoke in a similar vein. Recall that voting on amendments to the constitution of the country began on June 25. The will of citizens will continue until July 1, 2020. The counting of votes will begin after the completion of the plebiscite.
