In Colombia, the number of dead patients with COVID-19 exceeded 10 thousand

In Colombia, 295 patients with coronavirus infection have died over the past day, the press service of the Colombian Ministry of Health and Social Protection reports. Thus, the total number of victims of COVID-19 complications in the country exceeded 10 thousand and reached 10 105 people. Also over the past day, 9,488 cases of coronavirus of a new type were detected in Colombia. Of these, 3,717 were identified in the capital of Bogota. A total of 295,508 cases of new coronavirus have been confirmed in Colombia since the pandemic began. Already 154,387 patients have recovered and were discharged from medical institutions in the country.
